John Onyedikachi Susan is a passionate visual artist based in Lagos Nigeria. Hailing from Ukwa West in Abia State, Nigeria. She has a degree in Fine and Applied Arts from the most Prestigious Federal Polytechnic Oko, where she majored in painting. Her artistic journey is deeply rooted in her culture. hailing from the Igbo tribe that is known for its cultural practices and artistic hairstyles. particularly the vibrant and diverse cultures of Nigeria dominate her creative ability.

Through my work, I aim to tell stories, evoke emotions, and bridge the gap between tradition and modernity. I explore themes of life, society, and identity, using various mediums including charcoal, oil paints, acrylics, and mixed media. Each piece reflects my unique perspective on the world, offering a rich dialogue between the past and present, the personal and the universal.

I believe in the power of art to transcend boundaries, and I seek to create work that resonates with both the individual and the collective, honoring my heritage while engaging with contemporary narratives.
